NUSA DUA OCEAN BREEZE LOFT

Nusa Dua Loft is a 12-unit villa complex located in Sawangan, Nusa Dua, Bali. Designed in 2022, the project presents a collection of one- and two-bedroom villas defined by steep gable roofs, tall glass façades, white architectural frames, and warm vertical timber screens.

Set on a 2,500 m² site, the complex offers villas with building sizes of 83 m² and 108 m². Each unit uses a compact multi-level layout to create bright living spaces, private bedrooms, landscaped outdoor areas, and a close connection to the swimming pool and surrounding tropical environment.

Nusa Dua Loft carries a contemporary tropical design language inspired by the simple form of a modern pitched-roof house. White walls, dark roof outlines, black-framed glazing, vertical timber screens, and tropical planting create a distinctive architectural identity that feels clean, warm, and consistent throughout the complex.

The villas are designed with tall proportions and large glazed façades that bring natural light deep into the interiors. High vaulted ceilings strengthen the sense of space, while the open upper-level living areas are positioned to frame views toward the surrounding landscape and coastline.

Each unit is arranged vertically to make efficient use of its compact footprint. Bedrooms and private areas are placed on the lower level, while the living, dining, and kitchen spaces occupy the upper floor beneath the pitched roof. This layout creates a clear separation between private and communal spaces while improving natural light and views.

Private swimming pools, timber decks, garden areas, and tropical planting extend the living experience outdoors. The repeated gable forms create a strong visual rhythm across the complex while allowing every villa to maintain its own entrance and sense of privacy.

The interior concept of Nusa Dua Loft focuses on height, natural light, and warm contemporary comfort. The upper-level living areas combine the lounge, dining space, and kitchen within an open-plan setting beneath a dramatic vaulted ceiling.

White textured walls and pale flooring create a bright foundation, while timber cabinetry, marble surfaces, black-framed windows, woven lighting, and soft neutral furniture add warmth and contrast. Full-height glazing allows the interiors to feel open and connected to the tropical surroundings.

The bedrooms follow a calm, earthy palette with timber wall panels, upholstered beds, simple artwork, and large windows overlooking the pool or garden. Natural fabrics and understated furniture create comfortable spaces suited to both short stays and longer residential use.

The bathrooms use pale stone surfaces, floating timber vanities, round mirrors, walk-in showers, and minimal black or metallic fixtures. Their clean material palette continues the refined and practical character found throughout the villas.
