Founder / Director of Ilot Property Bali

Jean Marc is a Belgian property developer with nearly three decades of experience in the real estate and construction sector. He founded iLot Property Bali in 2010, and he has overseen the development and management of over 200 villas across the island.

He has guided international investors through all aspects of building luxury villas in Bali, combining technical expertise with a clear vision for creating distinctive properties.

Today, he channels that vision into an end-to-end real estate service, helping foreign investors navigate Bali’s investment landscape seamlessly — from design, development, investment, villa management to legal support.

General Manager

With a Ph.D. in Management, a Master’s in Architecture, and over 12 years of experience leading design and construction teams, Arman Sarram brings both technical precision and genuine passion to every project.

As General Manager at iLot Property, he has overseen more than 200 design projects and managed over 300 properties under construction in less than four years. His philosophy is simple: quality first, always. For him, outstanding real estate design and development is defined not only by structures, but also by the people who create them.
