Founder / Director

Is a Belgian Property Developer with more than 27 years of experience. Have assisted numerous international investors in constructing luxury villas on the island.

Jean-Marc has been involved in development of 100+ villas in Bali. And now his leading the company that focuses on quality.

Arman Sarram

General Manager

Is a highly accomplished professional with a Ph.D. in Management and a master’s degree in Architecture and Engineering. With over 10 years of experience, he has successfully managed and completed more than 50 projects in three different countries, showcasing his expertise in both technical and management fields.

MILAN MIRSHAFI

Sales & Marketing Manager

Is an Experienced and certified Sales & Marketing strategist from Cardone’s University. He is specialised in Modern Sales, Negotiation, Strategic Planning & Digital Selling with a demonstrated history of working in business development, marketing and sales for global brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW & Business Mastery International in Australia.

And now he’s leading the sales & marketing team at Ilot Property Bali with an intention to help expats invest in Bali and increase their wealth.
