TIMUTIARA

The house is arranged as a collection of connected pavilions that step down with the sloping land. This layout reduces the visual weight of the building while allowing each space to face the surrounding forest and valley.

Wide windows, sliding glass doors, and wraparound balconies bring natural light and distant views into the rooms. The central pool and open circulation areas connect the different levels, creating a sense of movement between private bedrooms, shared living spaces, and outdoor terraces.

The elevated structure also allows the house to sit lightly above the hillside. Covered walkways, shaded balconies, and generous roof overhangs provide protection from the tropical climate while supporting natural ventilation throughout the property.
