TUNJUNG SEBELLAS

Tunjung Sebellas is a 12-unit villa complex located in Ungasan, Bali. Designed in 2023, the project presents a collection of two-bedroom villas shaped by curved architecture, natural stone surfaces, warm timber details, and tropical landscaping.

Set on a 1,035 m² site, each villa has a building size of 130.78 m². The two-storey layout includes open communal spaces, two private bedrooms, generous bathrooms, a private swimming pool, and outdoor areas designed for relaxed tropical living.

Tunjung Sebellas carries a Mediterranean-inspired tropical design language with a distinctive arched façade and softly curved roof form. Textured white walls, natural stone cladding, timber screens, rounded openings, and cascading greenery create a warm architectural identity across the complex.

TUNJUNG SEBELLAS

The villas feel private and welcoming, with the architecture arranged around indoor-outdoor living. Large timber-framed openings connect the living and dining spaces to the pool, garden, and sunken lounge, allowing natural light and fresh air to move through the interior.

Curved forms appear throughout the project, from the main façades and rooflines to interior doorways, mirrors, niches, and built-in details. These elements soften the building’s proportions and give each villa a consistent, sculptural character.

The outdoor areas are designed as private tropical retreats. Natural stone walls, lush planting, curved swimming pools, and circular sunken seating create a relaxed resort-like setting for social moments and quiet rest

The interior concept of Tunjung Sebellas combines warm Mediterranean simplicity with handcrafted tropical details. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are arranged within an open-plan layout that flows directly toward the pool and surrounding greenery.

Soft beige walls, textured finishes, timber cabinetry, woven furniture, rattan lighting, and natural stone surfaces create an earthy and comfortable atmosphere. Arched openings and illuminated wall niches add depth, while patterned cushions, rugs, and artwork introduce a subtle bohemian character.

The bedrooms feature high curved ceilings, built-in headboards, warm timber wardrobes, woven panels, and decorative textiles. Large windows and private balconies bring natural light into the rooms while connecting them to the tropical surroundings.

The bathrooms follow a calm, spa-like material palette with floating stone vanities, curved mirrors, walk-in showers, and freestanding bathtubs. Timber framing, indoor plants, and open views of the landscape continue the natural design language throughout each villa.
